Main Street Wilmington is located in the heart of one of the premier cities on the east coast. Located in the state of Delaware nestled at the intersection of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland and within two hours of New York City and Washington, DC, Wilmington is truly “In the middle of it all”.

Known all over the world for its corporate friendly environment and regionally for tax free shopping and a multitude of annual festivals and events Wilmington is full of close knit attractive neighborhoods, parks with sprawling green space, and distinctive architecture while offering the amenities of a large city with the convenience of a small one.

Main Street Wilmington (MSW) specifically targets the city’s central business district, which serves as home to dozens of international corporations, banks and law firms, along with a host of restaurants, retail shops, hotels and performance venues. Within this community are tens of thousands of office workers, business owners, state and local government officials and a rapidly growing residential population. At the heart of the MSW mission is coordinating the improvement of the downtown in a manner that benefits all of these stakeholders.
